Reclaiming Youth International Bookstore Cancellation/Refund Policy
 
1. Payment in US Funds must accompany orders. (Contact our office at 1-800-285-7910 for information regarding the use of purchase orders.)

2. Bookstore purchases are non-returnable. Refunds may be allowed if the request for cancellation is received prior to shipment.

3. After items have been shipped, returns are not allowed except in the case of defective items. Reclaiming Youth International must be notified within 10 days of the receipt of the defective items and a written request for a refund or replacement must be submitted to the Reclaiming Youth International office. Defective items must be returned to Reclaiming Youth International before replacement items will be shipped.

Privacy & Security Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy.  We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.  We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Shipping Policy

 All in-stock items will be shipped to you within 5 business days of purchase.  We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.  The carriers that may be used include:  U.S. Postal Services (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).  We cannot ship by UPS to PO boxes.  If you requested and paid for expedited shipping,  your request will be honored.  Please contact us for all other shipping requests or questions.
